Shipping Policy

We ship Superoot from our facility in Covina, California to customers across the United States. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States and Canada. Canadian orders ship via carrier-calculated UPS rates, and the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on delivery.

Shipping rates

• Orders $75 and over: free standard shipping within the US.
• Smaller US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage at standard rates shown at checkout.
• Canadian rates are calculated by UPS at checkout.

Processing & delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, US delivery typically arrives in 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is included and emailed when your label is created.

Order changes & cancellations

Once an order is placed it enters our fulfillment queue quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. If you spot a mistake, email hello@drinksuperoot.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged, is reported delivered but missing, or never arrives, please email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with photos (when applicable). See our Refund Policy for how we handle these cases.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same shipping schedule and rules. Manage, reschedule, or skip a charge at account.drinksuperoot.com any time before the next charge processes.
