What does deep ocean salt mean?
Our deep ocean salt is harvested from the waters off the coast of Ireland. It’s rich in essential trace minerals that help support hydration and overall wellness.
Why do you use citric acid?
We use citric acid to balance the flavor, support freshness, and help create Superoot’s signature fizz when combined with sodium bicarbonate.
Why do you use ascorbic acid and not a natural source of vitamin C?
We use ascorbic acid because it’s a pure, stable, and highly bioavailable form of vitamin C. Natural sources, like fruit powders, often don’t deliver a consistent dose—and they can lose potency over time.
Should I get just the sticks or the pouches as well?
If you’re new to Superoot or on the go a lot, the sticks are perfect—pre-measured, portable, and convenient. If you’re a daily drinker or want a more sustainable option for home use, we recommend adding a pouch. It’s great for refilling your Superoot jar and reduces packaging waste. Many of our community members use both!
