We stand behind Superoot. If something’s wrong with your order, we’re here to help — but please read this in full before reaching out. We can’t accept all refund requests.
How to request a refund
- Don’t throw anything out. Keep the boxes and any sticks until we’ve resolved the issue.
- Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@drinksuperoot.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the issue (damaged packaging, missing items, defects)
- We review each request individually. Decisions are at our discretion.
We will not issue refunds without photo documentation. No exceptions.
Not eligible for a refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
- “Didn’t like the taste” or change-of-mind. Superoot has a strong, distinctive flavor — we recommend trying it once before subscribing
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Bulk or subscription orders where multiple boxes have already been opened
No physical returns
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, swap products, or cancel any time at account.drinksuperoot.com. Future charges can be stopped at no cost. Processed charges follow this Refund Policy.
